## What the request form collects

• The fields you fill in: name, organization, role or title, work email, what you are trying to contain, how you will use the brief, whether you run AI coding agents today, how you heard about this work, anything else you choose to add, and your acknowledgment checkbox.
• The time of the submission.
• Your IP address and browser user agent, recorded for abuse prevention (spam and rate limiting).

Browsing the site without submitting the form does not create any record in our request store.

## Why we collect it

To read your request, review it, and reply to you. The IP address and user agent are used only to prevent abuse of the form.

## Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on the site's server, outside the public web root. A notification with the submission is also sent to our own mailbox, hello@egress-audit.com, so we can reply.

## Sharing, trackers, and analytics

• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it.
• This site has no trackers, no analytics, and no tracking cookies.

## Retention and deletion

We keep a submission until it is no longer needed to respond, or until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, email hello@egress-audit.com.
